  • TTFIT: AMRAP in 4 Minutes – 1 Minute Rest – 5 Rounds*
    • 3 Shoulder to Overhead (135 lbs)
    • 15 KB Swings (44 lbs)
    • 45 Single Jump Ropes
  • 100 Crunches / 5 Minutes L Sit Progression / 30 Push Ups

*Completed 31 Shoulder to Overhead, 105 KB Swings, and 315 Single Unders
